Return Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Take photos and clearly detail the defect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
