Are terpene drops safe for my dog?

Yes. Our wellness drops use plant terpenes like beta-caryophyllene and linalool, with no CBD, no THC and no hemp extract. They are formulated for dogs, made in Australia and vet approved. As with any supplement, start with the recommended dose for your dog's weight and speak with your vet if your dog has an existing condition or takes medication.

What does "organic" mean in your products?

Where we say organic, we mean certified organic ingredients, like the grass-fed beef liver in our treats and the chamomile and aloe vera in our grooming range. Where an ingredient is natural but not certified, we say natural. No parabens, no sulphates, no artificial fragrance, no nasties, ever.

Which shampoo is right for my dog?

Clarify for oily coats and odour, No Knots for long coats that tangle, Nourish for everyday softness and shine, and Sensitive for puppies and dogs with itchy or reactive skin. If in doubt, Nourish suits most dogs, or email us and we will point you to the right one.

How long do the treats last?

Freeze-drying locks in nutrients without preservatives, so unopened bags keep for months. Once opened, reseal the bag and use within 4 to 6 weeks for best freshness.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $99 ship free anywhere in Australia. Under $99, we charge the live Australia Post rate at checkout. Most orders leave our Sunshine Coast warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

What is your returns policy?

If something arrives damaged or is not right, email hello@rahund.com.au within 14 days and we will sort it out. For hygiene reasons we cannot resell opened consumables, but we will always make it right if a product does not meet expectations.

Are your products really made in Australia?

Yes. Everything is made in small batches in Australia from Australian-sourced ingredients, including 100% Australian chicken and grass-fed beef liver.
